More About Nadine

I am a New York State Certified General and Special Education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience working with young children and their families. I received my Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in teaching children with autism and Intellectual Disabilities from Teachers College, Columbia University and became a BCBA through Pennsylvania State University.

After my training, I embarked on my journey to empower parents and educators with the knowledge and tools necessary for nurturing healthy, happy children. Over the years, I have worked closely with teachers and families to deliver specialized support to students in both classroom and home settings. I am well-versed in evidence-based behavior management techniques and keep abreast of the latest research in child psychology and development.

My ability to tailor strategies to each family’s unique needs has earned me a stellar reputation among parents seeking guidance. My warmth, expertise, creativity, and relatability make me a trusted resource for parents striving to create stability, routine, and fun at home. In addition to working with families, I have consulted with many early childhood settings in New York and New Jersey, as well as internationally, offering both student-specific consultation and school-wide training for teachers and school directors.

As the younger sister of an adult with Down syndrome, I have first-hand experience with the challenges that families face when raising a child with special needs and the strain that this can put on all family members. In addition, I have two young children of my own, with whom I have unyieldingly practiced what I preached. But I know it’s not easy, and that’s why I have a toolbox of strategies for those difficult moments! My personal experiences, along with my professional endeavors, are the driving force behind my passion, dedication, and continuous commitment to helping children and their families lead a healthy and more fulfilling life.

I would love to learn more about your story and would be honored to be part of it.
