Services For Families

Help at Home: Parent Coaching

The process begins with a thorough assessment of your family’s individual needs, including discussions with parents and teachers, a review of previous evaluations/reports, and a home observation. Parents will then have a weekly session during which I offer practical strategies and actionable steps to support your child’s emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.

Coaching sessions may involve:

  • Understanding your child’s behaviors and any diagnoses they may have
  • Learning how to use effective parenting strategies
  • Learning how to respond to your child when they are experiencing an emotional or behavioral “meltdown”
  • Managing challenging behaviors related to daily home routines, toilet training, sibling interactions, and more!

Help at Your Child’s School: Behavior Consultation

If teachers are expressing concerns about your child’s development or behavior at school, I am available for a classroom observation to assess your child’s needs and consult with the teaching staff to offer support strategies. If needed, I can guide families through the educational evaluation process and help you access further support services for your child.
